With a solid campaign in events held in the United Arab Emirates, such as Dubai, Das Al Khaimah and Sharjah International Pros, as well in the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam, Samuel H Canquerino achieved the third place in the master 1 No Gi ranking, staying behind Maurício Antunes and Paulo Pinto respectively.
